RALLY4VETS Weekly Roll Call
By Robert Hess
Keeping the Wheels Turning—and the Purpose Clear
This week brought another round of strong rides from across the Rally4Vets crew. These numbers tell a story—not just of distance and elevation, but of grit, connection, and the shared drive to give back to our veteran community.
Here are this week’s standouts:
⸻
Mileage Master
Robert Gonzales leads the pack with a commanding 400.0 miles logged. Consistency, endurance, and a whole lot of determination—well done, Robert.
King of the Mountain
Robert claims the elevation title as well, climbing an impressive 12,931 vertical feet. For perspective, that’s nearly 80% of my total vertical for the entire year so far. Respect.
Epic Ride of the Week
Jim O’Connell takes the single-ride spotlight with an even 80.0-mile effort. A ride like that is part grit, part meditation.
⸻
Honorable Mentions & Community Shoutouts
Have a scenic route to recommend? A story from the saddle? Or someone who deserves a little recognition? Drop it in the comments or send us a message—we’ll feature it in next week’s dispatch.
