Sunday Morning Stress Buster Ride: A Comedy in Lycra 😎🚴♂️
They say exercise reduces stress. I say: have you seen me trying to clip into my pedals before coffee?
Sunday morning’s ride was the perfect escape. Just me, the open road, and a battle between my legs and gravity. Spoiler alert: gravity won a few rounds. But hey, I stayed upright and only talked to myself out loud twice. Progress!
