24 HOURS OF LEMONS TEAM

THE 24 HOURS OF LEMONS IS CALLING. . .
ARE YOU READY?

I've been a fan of the 24 Hours of Lemons events since the first event way back in 2006.

I've never been to one, but I love the irreverent ingenuity and joy that literally explodes from each of their YouTube videos. If you haven't already, check them out.

We're exploring creating a team.  Finding a car will be easy.  The challenge will be forming the combined arms team to build it and then run the campaign.

Our target is 2027.  Are you interested?

LEMONS ARE NOT YOUR ORDINARY RACES

From the car build to race weekend chaos, every wrench turn and donut run is a chance to create incredible, heart-driven content. We’re offering our partners a front-row seat to the mayhem and meaning: custom branding on the car, behind-the-scenes videos, team shoutouts, social takeovers, and more. Think “Top Gear meets purpose-driven viral campaign.” Your chance to create a rolling, roaring storytelling machine.

Whether you’re turning bolts, filming reels, or fueling the mission with your brand’s support, this is your chance to be part of something wildly fun and deeply meaningful. We race for those who served; now we’ve saved a seat (or a socket wrench) just for you. Interested in the adventure?  Complete the form below, and we will keep you posted! No Spam. Ever!

FOUNDER ROBERT HESS

I'm an Army combat veteran and PTSD survivor.  I know the crippling impact depression and PTSD can have on veterans.

Almost 20 veterans take their own lives every day.  Rally4Vets programs play a role in reducing this death toll through awareness and by connecting veterans to support resources.

Our Rally4Vets programs offer motorsports enthusiasts an opportunity to support America's veterans while we do what we love.

DOGS HELP CONTROL PTSD

Trained service and emotional support dogs play an important role in helping relieve emotional stress.

Studies show that animals, especially dogs, help humans produce neurotransmitters that make them happy.  Dogs increase the neurochemicals in the brain called dopamine. This is the neurochemical associated with love, bonding, and pleasure.

Rally4Vets programs provide financial support to organizations providing free dogs to veterans.

SOMETHING TO DRIVE

24 Hours of Lemons events are all about fun.

The motto: "Racing isn't just for rich idiots - it's for all idiots!"

The format: Buy a car for $500.00; equip it to meet safety standards; then drive it for 24 hours.

Rally4Vets will acquire a car and get it fitted with the required safety gear.

We need a team of drivers.  No race license required! Interested?

PEOPLE TO FIX IT

24 hours is a long time.  And it probably will seem like an eternity to any vehicle we can acquire for $500 or less.

So, our small but mighty band of veterans will need some talented mechanics to keep us in the game.

2027 isn't that far away. WE ARE RECRUITING!

If being part of the first veteran team to compete in a 24 Hours of Lemons event is something you don't want to miss, join our mailing list below.  Hooah!
