Every RALLY4VETS | DVEN screening is executed under studio control, with defined approvals, asset governance, and press protocols designed to protect creative intent fully and consistently. We treat each activation as an extension of the studio’s campaign environment, not a community event with improvised messaging. The studio maintains final approval over public facing language, visual assets, on site branding, and any outward communication connected to the screening.

Brand and message integrity starts before invitations are sent. We use studio provided key art and studio approved copy only, and we maintain version control so nothing outdated circulates. Co branding, logo placement, and partner references are managed through a simple approvals workflow so the studio is never surprised by how its name appears. If a studio requires specific disclaimers, eligibility language, or campaign positioning, those requirements are built into every touchpoint: RSVP pages, email invitations, signage, on site scripts, and post event recaps.

Press and content capture are handled with the same discipline. We operate under studio press rules, including any restrictions on photography, recording, social posting, and embargoed elements. When content capture is permitted, it is executed with clear guardrails: approved backdrops, defined capture zones, and release practices that protect attendees and the studio. We do not promise earned media. If press engagement is desired, it is coordinated within studio approved parameters, with designated points of contact and studio aligned messaging.

After the event, we close the loop with professional reporting and responsible data handling. Studios receive a post event recap package that reflects outputs and audience sentiment in a brand safe format suitable for internal circulation. Individual level attendee data is protected, and any reporting is delivered in aggregated form unless explicit consent has been obtained. The program is designed to be repeatable, auditable, and safe for long term partnership, with continuous improvement built into every activation.
