• Summit Point Gates Open: 06:30

• Registration:  06:30 - 07:45

• Mandatory Driver Meeting: 08:00

• Novice Driver Meeting: 08:20

• Familiarization Laps: 09:00

• Run Groups:  09:30 to 12:00

• Cars & Camo: 10:00 - 12:00 [In the paddock area.  Cool merch for category winners]

• Lunch:  12:00 - 13:00

• Lunch Parade Laps: 12:15 - 12:50

• Skid Pad:  09:30 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00 [Sign up at registration]

• Run Groups:  13:00 - 16:00

• Award ceremony: 16:45 

• 18:00 - Everyone must be out of the Shenandoah Circuit paddock area

 

Notes and Reminders:​

• Registered drivers have lunch included at Bill's Cafe in the paddock area.  All others can purchase lunch at the cafe.

• Overnighting in the paddock is available with prior notice.  But, you will not be able to access the paddock prior to 18:00 on October 11th.

• No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the track during competition or parade laps. This is a Summit Point safety regulation.

• We will be livestreaming the event. You can share the link with family and friends.  Send them a text 2 minutes prior to your run and they can watch you live. Pretty cool.  Right?

• We have never had an incident during one of our events but track insurance for your car is a good idea.  The insurance is very affordable. Providers are noted below:

• We will provide still and drone footage free of charge to all participants.  It may take a week to get everything processed but it will happen:-)
