Rally4Vets is a proud initiative under the Cancer Journeys Foundation, founded by Robert Hess, who also established the original Prostate Cancer Awareness Project (PCAP) after his own cancer survival journey. The Cancer Journeys Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, was launched by Hess in June 2016 to broaden the support network for all cancer survivors. It integrated PCAP and introduced military and veterans programs, emphasizing continued service and ensuring that donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
